NY Strip Steak from Boyden Farm

Boyden Farm, located in Cambridge, VT, boasts a unique GrassPlus program, in which their locally sourced cattle receive a healthy grass fed diet finished with old fashioned non-GMO feeds, which creates delectable beef that is better than grass fed alone!

The NY Strip is cut from the beef short loin, where several premier cuts of steak are derived from. While it is not the most tender cut, it is very flavorful and has a nice chew and texture that many people love.
