Only 2 more weeks of the Summer FarmShare left! Thanksgiving week will be the last delivery for this share, but did you know that the FarmShare now runs year round? The new Winter FarmShare will start the last week in November and run to March. You can continue to eat local through the cold months and support Fresh Start Farms. The winter share doesn’t just mean root vegetables – we’ll have spinach, micro greens, lettuce, hot house tomatoes and more!
Thanksgiving is around the corner and its time to stock up on local food for your feast! This week we have fresh Maine cranberries, perfect for this recipe for delicious and easy cranberry sauce. Grab some organic young ginger and spice up your roasted squash and add ginger and maple syrup. Enjoy organic rainbow carrots, apples galore, spinach, squash, leeks, Brussel sprouts and more!
New this week just in time for your holiday celebration – we have Gluten-Free Against the Grain Rolls from Brattleboro, VT. This artisan bread is naturally grain free and really shines as a warm crunchy dinner roll.
Don’t forget your charcuterie favorites to share with your guests – Maple Smoked Cheddar and Smoked Chili Cheddar from Grafton Village Cheese, Plymouth Artisan Cheese, Lille Coulommiers, and Moosalamoo, and Short Creek Salami!

Recipes
of the Week
The sweet and sour cranberry sauce for this holiday-ready side does double duty: it looks gorgeous (and tastes great) drizzled over roasted delicata and sweet potatoes, but it’s also an excellent turkey condiment. Add delicata, sweet potatoes, and fresh cranberries to your share this week to make this recipe!
These roasted Balsamic Brussel Sprouts have a delicious crispy texture and sweet, tangy flabor. You’ll want to eat them straight off the baking sheet!
A perfect combination of kale, apples, and cheddar cheese! We’ve got everything you need to make this deliciously simple salad.
