Dairy Items

Fiddlehead Tomme from Boggy Meadow Farm

The Fiddlehead Tomme is a natural-rind cheese made from cow’s milk, cave-aged for over six months to create a semi-hard cheese, similar to Tomme de Savoie from the Haute-Savoie region on the Swiss border.

Boggy Meadow Farm is located in the rich, fertile farmland of the Connecticut River Valley in Walpole, NH. It has been in the same family since 1812, and strongly supports land conservation and the local community. They have worked closely with the Cheshire County Conservation District and the Monadnock Conservancy to preserve and maintain access to land on and near the farm.

Protein Items

Organic Soy Tofu

Heiwa Tofu, made in Rockport, ME, is back in stock! It is  handcrafted in small batches using organic, non-GMO soybeans grown on Maine and New England farms. This is a great vegetarian and vegan protein source, great for stir-fries, veggie tacos, breakfast burritos, and more!
